POWER STOP ROTORS ARE FOR STREET AND RECREATIONAL OFF-ROAD USE ONLY. THEY ARE NOT DESIGNED OR APPROVED FOR OFF-ROAD RACING OR COMPETITIVE DRIVING.

POWER STOP LLC LIMITED WARRANTY

Power Stop rotors or pads purchased separately:

Power Stop LLC warrants to the purchaser of this product that it is free from defects in workmanship and materials at the time of purchase. The product when properly installed in the type of vehicle prescribed, and in which a defect in workmanship and material shall be found, will be exchanged free of charge, if returned to the seller who is authorized to give this warranty. Due to the extreme nature of applications that Power Stop rotors may encounter, we cannot extend the warranty beyond two weeks or 500 miles (the recommended break-in distance) from the time of installation. Power Stop LLC is not responsible for its products when they are subjected to misuse, abuse, improper application, improper installation, accident, or normal wear.

Power Stop rotors and pads purchased and installed together:

Power Stop warrants its products to be free from defects and poor workmanship including rotor cracking for a period of 3 YEARS OR 36,000 MILES from date of purchase by the original customer provided that the product has not been subject to abuse or misuse in its use or installation, or has been subject to modification or alteration and that the product has been installed in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions.

General Provisions:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, lack of maintenance, accident, abnormal operations, track racing or improper installation or service. This warranty does not cover, and Power Stop LLC will not pay for or provide labor or materials that may be necessary to remove a product or install a replacement product. This warranty is limited to exchange of the product only when returned with the original purchase receipt. Power Stop makes nor implies any other warranty as to suitability for purpose other than that expressly warranted here and is not liable for any form of consequential damage losses or costs.

Any warranty claim accepted by Power Stop will be compensated by replacement of a product of equivalent value. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The freight cost is not included in warranty compensation. The consumer is responsible for any freight charges. Any and all warranty claims must be processed through Power Stop and require proof of purchase.

No person is authorized by Power Stop to modify or add to the foregoing warranty.
